Baby swimming

Baby swimming lessons are always focused on joy. Learning, interspersed with many songs and rhymes, enriches both the child and the parent with experiences, making it an ideal family program. As a result of regular lessons, babies' diving skills develop, and they acquire the swimming skills that prepare young children for learning to swim. Baby swimming develops a positive attitude towards water in the child and provides water skills, which continue with learning to swim. All of this is achieved in a playful way, appropriate to the baby's age.

Who can participate in baby swimming?
All healthy babies can participate in the session if they are three months old and weigh five kilograms. Little ones can attend baby swimming until they start kindergarten swimming lessons. A certificate from a family doctor is always required before starting a swimming session. Do not take your child to the swimming pool if they have a fever or an infectious disease.

What should we bring with us?
You will need the usual bathing equipment: slippers, a towel, a swimsuit, and a swim diaper and towel for the baby - one to wipe them with and one to dress them in. If the baby is not breastfeeding, you will also need to take care of fluid replacement, as they will be thirsty after the session.

About the sessions:
The method used prioritizes the participation of one parent per child, but of course both parents can participate in the session. The pool can only be used by parents and their children participating in baby swimming during the sessions. The water quality is constantly monitored to ensure that it meets all hygiene requirements. The sessions are held once a week, on Sunday mornings. We divide the babies into three groups according to age and ability. The sessions last 30-45 minutes.
