In the sauna world of our thermal bath, our guests can enjoy Finnish, infrared, and bio saunas, a steam cabin, as well as a cold plunge pool and a warm water jacuzzi. With its two relaxation areas and exclusive design, the sauna guarantees perfect relaxation.
Sauna bathing detoxifies the body, relieves tension, eliminates muscle fatigue, strengthens the immune system, improves circulation, and makes the skin beautiful. With regular sauna sessions, the body becomes more resistant to illnesses, the body more flexible, and the mind more cheerful.
Why is sauna bathing good?
Sauna bathing strengthens the immune system, stimulates blood circulation, and sweating helps to remove accumulated toxins/waste products from the body. Exiting the sauna's hot air, followed by a cooling shower and then cold water immersion, is excellent circulation exercise. Additionally, mentioning its stress-relieving effect, it can help to break away a little from the daily rush in this hectic world.
Let's give ourselves time for the sauna, let's rest at least as much time as we spent in the sauna.
How to use the sauna:
Before entering the cabins, take a shower and dry yourself. It is important to enter the cabin with a dry body and without slippers. Once inside the cabin, spread a towel/seat cloth/sauna sheet on the bench, preferably so that it covers your entire body whether you are sitting or lying down.
In saunas, avoid loud conversation so that others using the sauna can also relax.
Recommended time to spend inside: 10-15 minutes.
If we have been lying down in the sauna, first sit up slowly, allow circulation to normalize, and only then leave the cabin, thus avoiding sudden dizziness.
After leaving the sauna, take a cooling shower, making sure to start from the point farthest from the heart and gradually move towards the heart. After showering, there is the option to continue the cooling process in a cold plunge pool. After this, rest for at least as long as you spent in the sauna.
It is recommended to have 3-4 sauna cycles in a day. After sauna sessions, it is important to replenish fluids, vitamins, and minerals. Consume fruit and mineral water.
