(Thermal bath and beach)
1. General provisions
1.1. Everyone may use the services of the thermal bath and the beach at their own risk. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the bath area without supervision.
1.2. The spa services can be used by those persons who have a valid entrance ticket or pass. Entrance tickets are valid for the purchased period. In case of exceeding the time limit, an additional ticket must be purchased.
1.3. No person in a drunk or intoxicated state may be present in the thermal bath or beach area.
1.4. Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the closed area of the thermal bath!
1.5. Guests with skin diseases, infectious diseases and open wounds are not allowed to use the spa services.
1.6. Visitors are required to follow the instructions of the bath master.
1.7. Guests can record their comments, suggestions and complaints in the "Customer Book" located at the cash register.
2. Dressing room rules
2.1. The locker room operates in a self-service system, we do not assume responsibility for items placed in the locker. We assume responsibility only for items placed in the safe. The safe is located at the cash desk.
2.2. In case of loss of the locker key, a fee of HUF 3,000 is payable.

3. Order of pools
3.1. Showering is mandatory before using the pools!
3.2. It is forbidden to bring fragile objects or food into the pool area!
3.3. It is FORBIDDEN to consume food in the pool area!
3.4. It is forbidden to jump into the pool from the side, it is dangerous!
3.5. Playing ball is prohibited in the thermal bath area!
3.6. It is forbidden to use rubber mattresses in the pools of the spa!
3.7. Before using the pool, the visitor must verify the depth of the water, which is provided by the posted information board or the pool attendant.
3.8. It is forbidden to wear street shoes and clothing in the pool area!
3.9. Accidents or injuries must be reported to the bathhouse manager! Anyone who exhibits anti-social behavior or causes offense to others is committing a crime of disorder, which will result in police action.
3.10. It is forbidden to use the pools in street clothes. Visiting the pools is allowed only in swimwear. Failure to comply with this will result in removal from the pool without refund of the entrance fee.
(Swimming pool)

1.3. No person in a drunk or intoxicated state may be present in the swimming pool area.
1.4. Smoking is PROHIBITED in the closed area of the swimming pool!
1.5. Guests with skin diseases, infectious diseases and open wounds are not allowed to use the swimming pool services.
1.6. Visitors and athletes are required to follow the instructions of the swimming pool master.
1.7. Guests can record their comments, suggestions and complaints in the "Customer Book" located at the cash register.
2. Dressing room rules
2.1. The changing room operates in a self-service system, we do not assume responsibility for items placed in the changing room. We assume responsibility only for items placed in the safe and the cloakroom. The safe is located at the thermal cash register.
2.2. In case of loss of the locker key, a fee of HUF 3,000 is payable.
2.3. Eating in the locker room is FORBIDDEN!
3. Order of pools

3.6. The use of swimming rings is prohibited in the large pool!
3.7. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory regardless of the length of the hair!
3.8. It is forbidden to wear street shoes and clothing in the pool area!
3.9. The public and athletes may only use the courts and pool areas indicated on the information boards.
3.10. Accidents and injuries must be reported to the swimming pool manager!
3.11. It is forbidden to use the pools in street clothes. Visiting the pools is allowed only in swimwear. Failure to comply with this will result in removal from the pool without refund of the entrance fee.
Sauna world
- Children under 14 years of age are NOT ALLOWED to use the sauna!
- The sauna can be visited only with a valid entrance ticket. The wristband received when buying the entrance ticket must be worn on the arm.
- The consumption of alcohol and food is PROHIBITED in the sauna world! The consumption of fruit is allowed.
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the entire area of the sauna world, including the terrace!
- Entering the sauna world in outdoor clothing is prohibited. You can change your clothes in the changing rooms of the thermal bath and the swimming bath.
- It is necessary to wear slippers in the rest area because of the risk of slipping!
- Before entering the sauna, showering is required. The sauna cabins can be entered with a dry body and without slippers.
- When sitting on the sauna bench, a towel or a sauna towel must be used. The towel or sauna towel must be placed on the bench in a way that the body does not touch the sauna bench. Sauna towels can be rented at the cashier.
- It is prohibited to bring plastic cups, cell phones, newspapers and books into the sauna cabins!
- It is prohibited to leave towels in the sauna cabins!
- Swimwear or sauna towel must be used in the sauna world!
- The saunacabins and the finnish mastersauna can be used only without swimwear, with sauna textiles or with a towel.
- The hot tubs and thecould plunge pool of the sauna world can be used with swimwear and without swimwear.
- Sauna infusions may not be performed by the guests. The use of your own essential oils is prohibited. The staff of the sauna world brings water mixed with essential oil to the dedicated sauna cabins at specific times and performs the infusions.
- In the steam room it is RECOMMENDED for hygienic reasons to wash off the bench with the shower located next to the door before sitting down!
- Before using the cold plunge pool and the hot tub, showering is REQUIRED! To avoid accidents, the pools can be reached via the stairs.
- We kindly ask our guests not to disturb the sauna visitors with noise, immoral and inappropriate behavior!
- The instructions of the staff, sauna attendants and lifeguards/sauna masters of Pápai Várkertfürdő must be followed by every guest.
- If you notice any incidents, personal injuries, fire, dangerous equipment or objects, please notify our staff which is authorized and obliged to take action.
- The sauna cannot be used by persons with fever, infectious diseases, open wounds and under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medications. The sauna can be used only on your own responsibility and if you are healthy!
- Sauna visitors are obliged to comply with the house rules, otherwise, the right to use the sauna may be withdrawn!
- For participation in the sauna programs led by our sauna masters in the Finnish master sauna, an additional ticket for that specific time is required along with the valid entrance ticket.
- On the announced sauna days without swimwear, the sauna cabins can be used only without swimwear or with sauna textiles. In the rest area it is necessary to wear towels/sauna textiles!

"FLOATING ISLANDS" Terms of Use
The course can only be used after completing and signing the "Declaration of Responsibility" provided on site.
The use of a water sports vest is mandatory, it is strictly forbidden to be on the course without one!
The course can only be used by children from the age of 6 with a maximum weight limit of 120 kg. (The operator does not deviate from this even if they assume their own responsibility.) A maximum of 20 people can be on the course at the same time.
We strongly urge our dear guests to take care of each other's physical well-being.
- Always pay attention to other users and let smaller ones go ahead on the track.
If you see danger, report it to the animators immediately, loudly! - Any game that degenerates into a fight or rudeness will result in disqualification, the decision of which will be made by the animator/swimming instructor on site.
- It is prohibited to bring any tools (glass, knives, scissors, other piercing and cutting tools, etc.) onto the course that could endanger your own or others' physical safety or the course.
- Wearing jewelry or accessories that could cause injury is strictly prohibited.
- It is forbidden to eat, bring drinks, pollute or damage the track and water in any way.
- Chewing gum while using the track is prohibited.
- Persons with fever, infectious diseases, under the influence of drugs, or intoxicated persons are not allowed on the course. Course staff may refuse service to such persons.
- We provide parents with the opportunity to monitor their child while using the court, around the pool.
- The leaders of children's groups and parents are responsible for complying with and enforcing the provisions of the Terms of Use. The leaders of children's groups, their attendants and parents must pay special attention to the safety of life, accidents and property of the children's group they lead.
- The track can only be used barefoot.
- We cannot take responsibility for your valuables.
