P\u00e1pai Thermal Water Utilization Zrt. submitted a funding application under the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program based on the call for proposals titled 'Support for Workplace Training for Employees of Large Companies' announced by the Ministry of Finance as the supporter. As a result of the evaluation of the application, it received a non-repayable grant of HUF 26,477,370 for the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the project, 59 of our own employees and 6 external individuals participated in the following training courses:
\n\u2013 Stress management training
\n\u2013 Effective partner communication
\n\u2013 Leadership team-building and cooperation development
\n\u2013 Team-building
\n\u2013 Social skills development
\n\u2013 Digital competency development: advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills
\n\u2013 Data mining and big data
\n\u2013 Assertiveness<\/p>\n

The trainings took place as planned, and the certificates were issued and handed over to the participants.<\/p>\n
